The California Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools (CCPPNS) is a state-wide community of parents and educators committed to teaching and inspiring families through parent involvement and mutual support. Parent participation nursery schools and preschools are founded on the principle that the best education will result from an active partnership among parents, teachers, and children.

For Teachers: You are invited to attend our California Council Convention: a gathering of teachers, directors, educators, and families looking for resources, support, and innovative ideas for the classroom. Also on our website, find educational resources, employment opportunities, and information about getting involved with the Council on a state-wide level.

For Parents:Learn about the benefits of joining a co-op preschool, find a parent-participation preschool in your area, and attend our annual Convention where you can hear national experts talk about parenting, attend an ooey, gooey, fun workshop with your children, and find valuable information about meeting your child's development needs.

For Directors: Find out why you should join our state-wide Council that directly benefits you and your school, order one of our resource publications on grant-writing, tips for parents, personnel issues, or publicity, attend our Convention where you can meet other parent-participation school directors, learn about the latest innovations in curriculum, and find support for your school.
