If you want more information about council meetings, dues, or how we can provide insurance at a very reduced rate, you may contact our President or area Vice Presidents:

The following steps can be expected:
Send your Application and payment to the Membership Chair
You will receive a confirmation email when your application is received
You will receive a packet of information in the mail that will include insurance and resource information
The CCPPNS Board will review your application
After approval, the President and/or VP will send you an official welcome letter via email, and also a certificate of membership
Your school's name, address, and contact info will be added to the CCPPNS website, and your school Director and other Board members may be added to the CCPPNS email network and Google Drive
To apply for CCPPNS Membership, please begin by filling out the form below and mail it to the the Membership Chair (address on form), or email it to the Membership Chair

Membership Fees
For schools that are members of a council, annual dues are $80. For schools that are independent of a council, annual dues are $100.
